DealScope Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026. DealScope is a service of ROW Home Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, so we can send your report.
The listing you send (the link, plus the down-payment option you pick).
Range answers you choose to give, such as a cash range, income range, debt-payment range, credit score range, and when you plan to buy.

That's all. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank or brokerage account numbers, or logins, and we never pull your credit. If you pay, Stripe processes the payment; we see your name, email and payment status, never your full card number.

How we use it

To prepare and email your report, and to answer questions about it.
To send a few follow-up emails about your report and our plans. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
To limit free reports to one per email address.

We don't sell or share your data

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lenders, agents, or marketers.

Service providers

We use only these providers to run DealScope: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (email), and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Your range answers and form submission: deleted within 30 days after we deliver your report.
Your PDF report: kept for up to 90 days so you can ask us to resend it, then deleted.
Payment records: kept by Stripe and in our books as required for tax and accounting.

Deleting your data

Email tfragoza+privacy@rowhomesolutions.com and we will delete your information (except records we must keep by law) and confirm by email.

California privacy rights (offered to everyone)

Wherever you live, you can: (1) ask what we have about you, (2) ask us to delete it, and (3) rely on the fact that we do not sell or share your personal information. To use these rights, email tfragoza+privacy@rowhomesolutions.com. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and we collect as little as possible on purpose. No online service is perfectly secure.

Children

DealScope is for adults 18 and older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
