In the spring of 2020, Thomas and Angela Fragoza started building Row Home Solutions together — learning firsthand what it really costs to make a house work in real life, not just the brochure version. They began by building an ADU behind their primary home, then building a home from the ground up, and finally remodeling their primary home. While doing this, they’ve managed to hold full-time jobs as a teacher and a nurse, and to carry husband, wife, father, and mother responsibilities at the same time.

Thomas has spent 15 years as a PE teacher and wrestling coach in Ukiah, California — mentoring kids, telling the truth, and helping people take the next right step. Angela is a local nurse, raising four boys, and a volunteer at their boys’ school. They’re raising their family in the same community they call home, and family values are how they show up everywhere else.

Through Row Home Solutions, they help everyday buyers and small investors get straight answers before they write a check. Not hype. Not pressure. Just clarity from people who’ve coached kids, swung a hammer, and sat with the same “can we actually do this?” questions families ask.
