DealScope reports, including "yes / not yet / no" answers and suggested steps, are educational estimates. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or lending advice, not an appraisal, and not a loan pre-qualification or approval. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, real estate broker, appraiser, CPA, or investment adviser.
Reports rely on the ranges you give us and on public data (listings, rent comparables, tax and insurance averages, published rates) that can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Your actual numbers will differ. Before you make any decision, verify everything with a licensed lender, real estate agent, or CPA, and get an inspection and insurance quotes.
DealScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to DealScope is limited to the amount you paid us for the report or subscription involved.
One free report per person and email address. We may decline requests that look like duplicates or abuse.
Only submit your own information. Don't resell reports. You're welcome to share your own report.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above. Changes don't apply to purchases made before the change.
